A Leap of Faith into Entrepreneurship
Christian Harmon isn’t your average hauling guy — he’s a business leader reshaping the industry standard for junk removal and demolition in Gainesville. After spending ten years at the Walmart Distribution Center, Christian made the bold move into full-time entrepreneurship in 2017, inspired by mentorship and a vision for more impactful work. That leap planted the seed for what would become 352 Hauling Crew and Junk Removal, now one of the region’s most trusted names in professional hauling services.

The Road to 352 Hauling Crew
Chris’s entrepreneurial roots run deep. Before launching 352 Hauling Crew in 2021, he dabbled in real estate, insurance, affiliate marketing, and even ran a landscaping business while holding down his warehouse job. His background in logistics, sustainability, and safety coordination equipped him with the knowledge most first-time business owners spend years acquiring. When it came time to launch 352 Hauling, Chris wasn’t winging it — he was ready.

More Than Just Junk Removal
What sets 352 Hauling apart isn’t just the equipment (which includes four trailers, a bobcat, and two full-time crews) — it’s the level of professionalism and consistency Chris brings to every job. His focus is clear: raise the bar in an industry that’s long been plagued by no-shows and unreliable service.
“We’re not hustlers out here for beer money,” Chris says with a grin. “We’re the ones you can count on to show up, get the job done, and do it right.”
Built on Faith, Family, and Community
Chris and his wife Sherrell, married for 19 years, have three children and deep roots in Gainesville. His business is not just family-owned — it’s family-operated and community-focused. Chris is a regular presence at local chamber events and ribbon cuttings, not as a PR move, but as part of his genuine commitment to giving back.
Beyond hauling, Chris is also an entrepreneurship coach, mentoring up-and-coming business owners and helping them develop not just businesses, but lasting impact.
Professionalism with Purpose
From single-item pickups to full hoarder cleanouts and light demolitions, 352 Hauling offers same-day service for most jobs and never tries to upsell clients outside their scope. That’s intentional.
“If we’re called in to remove something, we do it — and we don’t try to sell a laundry list of other services,” Chris says. “We’re here to serve, not hustle.”
This dedication to transparency and ethics has earned Chris the trust of property managers, realtors, attorneys, and homeowners alike.
What’s Next for 352 Hauling
Over the next three to five years, Chris plans to purchase land, expand the company’s bobcat/skid steer services, and cement 352 Hauling as the go-to name in North Central Florida for cleanouts, demos, and hauling.
“Our goal is to be a household name,” he says. “Not just because of what we do, but because of how we do it.”
A Business With a Message
Above all, Chris believes in building a legacy rooted in faith and action.
“My motto is: Faith plus action equals traction,” he shares. “And that’s what I teach my team every single day.”
